What is the Shipping Policy of Kridovia?

The products on https://kridovia.com/ are available in selected cities and pin codes, within India. The delivery shall be through reputed on all weekdays, except for National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase. But, depending on the delivery address, delivery in remote areas may take more than 10 business days. However, in most cases the goods will be with you before that time. Delivery dates are only estimated time and Kridovia does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Kridovia offers free delivery. So, when you place an order with us for any product, you don’t have to pay anything extra.

What is the estimated Delivery Time?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time on Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Product
  • Product's availability
  • The destination to which you want the order to be shipped and location of the courier partner provided.

The product will be delivered to you in maximum 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch. Dispatch may vary as per your location or any unforeseen conditions which are beyond our control.

Are there hidden costs charged by Kridovia?

There are NO Hidden Charges when you make any purchase with Kridovia. The price you see on the Order Confirmation page is exactly what you have to pay.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You don’t need to worry about anything. Whenever you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation mail on the e-mail address you provided.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No, Kridovia does not offer cash on delivery. You can make payment with the Net Banking and Debit/Credit Card.

I have not received my order even though the expected Delivery time is over. What should I do?

You can register your complaint with us [email protected] or get in touch with us at 8981224400. We will surely look into the matter as early as possible.

How do I know the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you just need to log in to your Kridovia account. You will find all the related details there.

The courier man delivered the package with broken seal package. What should I do?

Kridovia never ship the packages with open or broken seal. In any case, if you receive the parcel with broken seal don’t accept it and get in touch with us at [email protected].

I was not available at the time of parcel delivery. What can I do next?

For such cases, you can contact directly to the courier company with the tracking id. Generally, in a situation like this the courier company will attempt to deliver the parcel several times as per their policy. 

Is it possible to schedule the time of delivery of the order at a time when I will be at home?

You can inform us about the time when you are available to receive the order. We will convey the same to our associated courier company and they may try to schedule the delivery accordingly.
